Ira Township wide residential refuse pickup is provided by a private contractor Emterra Enviormental, 1606 E. Webster Road Flint, MI 48505  Telephone: 877-609-6753.  Billing/payment for refuse removal is handled directly thru Emterra.  Please see the attached for Emterra Collection Information.


Refuse and recycling day is Tuesday. Please have your items at the curb by 7:00 a.m . Plastic bags can be recycled at your local grocery store. Emterra 2026 Collection Schedule
