Absentee Voter and Other Changes.  The passage of Proposal 3 in November of 2018 caused various changes related to the voting process. Some of the changes include: 

• Citizens can register to vote by mail until 15 days before an election;
• Citizens can also register to vote in person with the Clerk’s office until 8:00 P.M. on Election night.
